Woke up hungover.
Went to work.
Came home as washing machine was flooding the kitchen.
Now I’m sat in Hospital waiting for an appointment.
Obtained 0 30th anniversary product.

My 30th anniversary will be in September 2029.
its a little sad because this year the pokemon hobby has been a lot more of a stressor than fun, but I cant deny the joy that the other 29 years of pokemon have brought me.
Well I’m currently about ~21 hours into ripping out old flooring and laying new laminate in the living room and hallway. I’d say around another ~2 hours to go including scotia beading and clean-up then we’re done. Ma back, ma feet, ma wrists and mahahbee all hurting. Aside from that I’m at work and skiving on E4 while ignoring the timmies.
I’ve spent the day laying new laminate in the living room and hallway and kitchen. Took maybe 22hrs total and experienced absolutely no pain whatsoever in my back, feet or wrists. Took the 2017 2.1Ltr Honda CR-V that I bought with 74k miles on the clock down to Smyths and loaded the trunk with Pokémon 30th RGB.
I’m pleasantly surprised with the prices of singles for Japanese SARs so far. I ordered the Fuecoco for $10 and the Salamanca for $13. The other cards I was interested in are all under $100, so I favorited them to watch for prices to drop a bit further in a couple months. Mewtwo being available for under $50 release day was a big surprise for me.
Won’t have any English product to open until the booster bundles come out, but opening packs in PTCGL has been a novel and enjoyable enough experience for the first day.
Ask me again in about 2 months, when I’ve actually had the chance to get anything at the lowest prices.
I haven’t had fun like this opening packs since the 25th. 
The Pikachu subset is especially nice, this is what I got from 1 etb.
Didn’t bother with release day cause I knew it wouldn’t be worth it. Will just get products when they’re available sometime in the next months.

I got my E4 Signature Exchange package and that already has made my day and week. It was wonderful to open the package and arrange the signed cards. Could not have asked for more.
Other than that it was work as usual.

I’m still feeling quite spry! Still having fun defining new collection goals and watching the Anime and playing the games in Spanish to help me practice.
Dissapointed the Japanese 30th didn’t do an elegant and glamorous stamp like they did for the 25th. But I think the card arts are lovely!
My kids, wife and I opened an etb and some stickers and had a complete blast. They were so excited with all the holos and fantastic art! My wife pulled the Zappos IR and the Sylveon SiR! She always has fantastic luck.
I will say. Getting and collecting the pikachus is probably my favorite part. And I think they did a great job on the holos.
My daughter also pulled the Erika’s jigglypuff which is one of her favorite Pokemon (not pictured) and my son pulled the solgeo gx card which is just perfect for an 8 year old boy. Overall very happy, fortunate and blessed.
It was a Wednesday 
I went to target for an unrelated reason, thought I’d walk by the display, hilariously picked over. Watched cards that were high high on pre sale drop like a rock, brought me mild joy. Went to the gym in my pikachu tank.
I opened 8 packs from the 2 tech stickers and 1 Knock Out collection I got from PC preorders. I think I did pretty well. Shoutout to the E4 Discord for being there live.
Also opened 8 packs between the 2 tech stickers + knockout. Pull rates are indeed quite generous for this set. The Mewtwo Futuristic Rare texture is really nice up close.
Had a lot of fun opening the packs thanks to the Pikachu subset and random classic collection cards popping up.
Very nice to see lots of people getting great pulls
