Hi everyone! My wife and I are Jigglypuff species collectors and are thinking about making a big purchase for our collection.
The card we are considering purchasing is below
We’re unsure why this is a PSA 1 (versus a 2 or 3) - would the back crease really do this alone (along with surface, edges, corners) or could there be potential for the card being water damaged?
We don’t really collect graded cards (with my base set unlimited Blastoise obsession aside 
) - and any inputs would be greatly appreciated! Our consensus is if it isn’t water damaged then we’ll certainly go for it.
