So, I had a card sent to the PSA vault about 5 weeks ago. I also paid for it to be sent to me 5 weeks ago- PSA marked it as shipped from the vault, and then never sent it.
I’ve emailed the vault a few time- Zero response
I’ve called the PSA customer service line- they say the vault team is busy, and I’ll eventually get it.
On the website it says the vault will send you your card within 3-5 business days, meanwhile its been 5 weeks, and nothing…
So what am I supposed to do? It’s a $1,300 card. How many more months should I give them to send me a card that I already paid to be sent back to me? What’s to stop them from just never sending me my card? Anyone else have this experience? HELP!!!
That’s frustrating. If PSAs vault tracking is anything like their grading ‘tracking’ I would take whatever the status says with a grain of salt.
If I’m understanding correctly it sounds like you requested that the card be sent to you immediately once it arrived at the vault? If that’s correct did the status ever update indicating that the card arrived and was vaulted in the first place?
I’ve heard multiple people mention that the vault intake process can take over a month alone so that could be a reason for the hold up. How long has the status been showing that the card has been shipped from the vault?
Thanks for the reply! I got an official email that my card was successfully vaulted 5 weeks ago, to which I immediately paid to have it sent back to me. So 5 weeks ago they marked my card as shipped back to me according to the vault status.
Have you tried reaching out to the service line again and inquiring? If the vault team is “busy” then maybe they are doing some critical work thats necessary so the cards get to the right people, or something important on the backend. Hope you get your card soon though!
Gotcha. I’ve heard stories that retrieving your card from the vault can take a while also. Unfortunately I don’t have any direct experience shipping cards back to me but hopefully someone who does will chime in.
Just to clarify did you get a tracking # when it was marked a shipped? My assumption is that if you don’t have a tracking number the card is still being processed but that’s just speculation. PSAs ‘status’ trackers are a complete joke and tend to cause more confusion than transparency.
