Help finding the perfect gift!!

Hello everyone!

I been having a little struggle finding the perfect gift for my brother. He collects only Japanese Pokémon cards, mainly oldback, and has a tendency to keep most of the things sealed.

His birthday is coming and I have a budget of 20€/25€, but I can’t seem to find the right thing for him. Does anyone have any idea of a cool addition I could give on this price range?

He has already Vending Series 3 complete and the sealed Squirtle and Bulbasaur Deck. He has also the Pass Card necessary for the Masaki trade campaign.

Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!

Maybe get a sealed pack of ash’s Pikachu booster pack (it was released in Japan for the I choose you movie campaign). I know it’s recent but it’s celebrating Pokémon’s 20 years. Just an idea.

Unpeeled CoroCoro promos are always a fun gift.

CoroCoro Shining Mew FTW!! If you can get a decent deal on one that’s not beat to hell…

Thank you everyone!

I had no idea what Ash’s Pikachu Packs were @eztrella … After a quick ebay search they became a strong contender

He also has some unpeeled promos, but I don’t know which ones and if I ask, he know I am on to something… Maybe an assortment of booster packs is a nice idea

The Satoshi’s Pikachu Set has 6 cards. But there’s also a 7th pikachu card to the set, which is the #086 and was released in a different package with a couple of sealed boosters and a big HO OH.

I could get you an assortment of a bunch of old japanese cards. Love them myself too. Especially unique ones to japan.

You could go with some of the newer Japanese promotional sets, like the Ash Pikachu set. I think that is around $30 USD. Not old I know, but I think it is super cool!

edit:

looks like someone ahead of me had the same idea

One of the ANA Gold boarding passes sounds like a unique gift.

Great ideas everyone!

I was lucky to snatch a Bill’s PC sheet from Vending Series 3, which he doesn’t have, for 15,5$ shipped off of an Japanese eBay seller!

Thanks everyone who suggested. Next opportunity I will revisit this thread! ;D
