Has anyone seen this error before?

I pulled a Cleffa illustration rare from Obsidian Flames yesterday and on the back of the card the red section of the Pokeball has a textured pattern to it.

I’ve dealt with quite a few error cards before, but I’ve never seen this. I’m not even sure if it counts as an error, no other cards from the pack had this issue.

From one of the Build and Battle decks, I’m guessing.
A lot of those cards have a texture like that from another card, although I’ve only noticed it on the front before.
