Has anyone seen this before, is this an error, the line is only on the holo not the card like the print for the holo reset mid card and is that what kept it from being a ten?
It looks like the line that joins repeating foil patterns. A similar type of “weld line” exists in the EX era.

It’s not considered an error I believe, just where the holo sheet ends and the new one begins
