This isn’t a perfect calculation but based on PSA’s population report:
89 No Holo Unlimited
544 Holo Unlimited
14% of the Unlimited population is non-holo
31 No Holo 1st Edition
1538 Holo 1st Edition
1.97% of the 1st Edition population is non-holo
Obviously this is only based on cards that have actually been submitted to PSA (arguably non-holos would be submitted more often because of their value, and 1st edition is worth more too) but I’d say it’s a pretty good rough estimate 
I did own one of those grey printed cards so it’s not just 1 card it’s a known error
