I don’t know about whiscash but at least jynx and porygon both have suffered some bans outside japan so could it be that?

Close enough, so I’m gonna accept it. There were banned anime episodes for all three of these Pokémon, for various reasons:

• Porygon: EP038 due to epileptic seizures
• Whiscash: AG101 due to a recent earthquake in Japan that same week it was supposed to air
• Jynx: EP250 due to Jynx still being black instead of purple

Maybe I am overthinking this but the Pokemon all have their base bodies covered by a different layer of shielding? Layer of loose skin, glass bubble, wool.
