I know it isn’t, but the color palette and texture almost convinced me it was a Pal City with the Magby.
Makes me think it may be a Fukuda?

Jeez that was difficult.
I had the feeling from the beginning that was Meowth’s ear in the bottom-right, but for the life of me I couldn’t find it. Now that I’ve finally found this card coincidentally, all the hints make sense. Nicely done.
