Just something I thought I’d mention that’s maybe a clue, that maybe I’m not smart enough to utilise and someone else can, but from the texture it looks like its from a full art card or some sort of textured card from its looks. however this is also how photos look when they’re super zoomed in on a SS Wich could obviously be the case and I’m looking too much into it 
Google won’t spit back much, if you want to start somewhere likely to have the correct answer I’d go through language exclusive cards, old English cards and mid era as that’s what would probably be posted to me the color of orange makes me think of something but I can’t put my finger on it. It can be very time consuming but it’s fun to look around. I have things to do but I wish you luck in searching for it

I was looking at some mid era cards (and even tried reverse searching the image, Wich obviously yielded nothing) and still haven’t found anything to that shade of orange. Im also thinking that could be a variation of the “Computer Search” item card but I don’t think that’s it, and is probably a Porygon (I even thought rotom as the hint was computer) or something like metagross

That’s so cool! Good spot!! I was searching for obscure Articuno cameos on/off since the clue was posted haha, I was convinced that was what I was looking at.
Edit: I forgot who Rebecca was, so I thought it was even cooler to find out that Destiny Deoxys was both the last Pokémon movie to be released on VHS and one of the very first to have a Blu-Ray. The more you know.

I was gonna do Lilly’s skirt from GX Battle Boost for the lolz but idk if peeps will know I’m being silly so I pick this card.
- Hint #1 - This might sound kinda random and I don’t want to deflate energy with a hard one but I think it would help to know metal/steel type
- Hint #2 - not a Pokemon card. It’s a Pokémon card but it’s not like a Pokémon species

My first thought was a Furret (or Sentret) card, but I guess not. 
Unless there is some Japanese-exclusive cameo I’m forgetting.

I usually post one hint every (few) day(s). 
But feel free to add them when you want.
Although maybe not too fast/frequently. Someone might know it without hints, but was simply asleep or at work when you posted it and they haven’t seen it yet.
