Just my desk, sleeves handy in case any need replacing, and colored tape tabs to put on penny sleeves before you put into semi-rigid top loader (like card saver 1).
For lighting i use a camping headlamp.
In between processing, I just have my bookshelf cleared off where I store cards in the midst of processing.
So i have an unsorted stack, a gradable stack in semi-rigids, then a ready-to-send-to-PSA stack with tabs added. The colored tabs are nice to clearly distinguish cards that have already been pregraded. Then usually other stacks with certain variations like cards that need a second look or if I’m trying to complete a set I’ll put all the raw cards in their own stack.
Tbf it’s not super organized from an outsider’s perspective, but it works for me.
Also my stacks are usually only what I’m immediately working with, long term storage I use these and i also use these for my PSA cards.
