Grading corocoro mew experience?

I just got a corocoro mew that i was planning on getting graded. Under closer examination i notices a few very small scratches on the front of the card. That is the only imperfection on the entire card. Is it worth it getting it graded for the chance of getting a psa 10 or are those scratches a complete dea breaker?

I wouldn’t bet on it getting a 10 if it has a few scratches but you never know. Do you have a picture of the card where the scratches are visible?

When i get home i will try and take a pic. They look like they are from taking it in and out of a sleeve so barely noticable

Tough card to grade, bad centering and poor production quality. Was also marketed to kids in the coro magazines, so they would tear them out abruptly, and often get played With.

The one that i have right now is “pack fresh”. Good centering, no whitening or edgewear. Just three very small vertical scratches that look like they are getting taken out of a sleeve too many times. I paid a decent amount of money for it, but i think i will return it and just put that money toward a psa 10 copy instead of trying to grade this one.

I’ve seen a few new members mention that they’re going to return a card after changing their mind, returns should not be abused, it’s there for when the item is not as described

Yeah I just resell the card when its not what I wanted and I can’t return it based on not fitting description, a couple cards I could of returned but I got them pretty cheap so it wasn’t worth it.

The reason i am returning is not because i changed my mine. The listing was for a brand new “mint card”. I payed about double what the corocoro mews have been selling for because i was told it had absolutely no imperfections. Which is not the case.
