One of my PSA submissions just finalised.
I lodged the order at the end of September 2022 when the bulk rate was $22 per card.
Following completion of the order, I check my bank transactions and notice that they charged me a grading rate at $18 per card, which is the current bulk fee.
Have they mistakenly done this or is it something have been doing lately?
I forget if it was when they did the $18 special or if it was when they did the permanent price drop to $18, but they said that they’d honor any of those existing value orders at the $18 price instead of $22.
Awesome, it was a pleasant surprise seeing my cost be a few hundred dollars less 
They have been good buy PSA for me too. I submitted the day before the $15 special at $22, sent them an email, and they confirmed they will process at the $15 rate.
I’m genuinely surprised by how they’ve conducted themselves.
I didn’t ask for a discount, they just applied it!
