This orientation is close, but the asterisk adjacent to the swirl is up rather than down on the Mew. I’ve made some pictures to show what’s going on with the Lugia.
First picture just confirms the asterisk down position relative to the swirl (also shown with the Mewtwo in the other post). You’ll see the second asterisk is also the same orientation and shape as the one next to the tail in the Lugia card.
This picture shows how the holo sheets might be joined at the weld line to achieve the second asterisk on top (when, in an uncut-off pattern, it should be located below the swirl).
Yep, my shining gyarados regular copy is with CGC now, there was another double swirl double holo copy that I passed on because we couldn’t agree on price. So they are out there.
