There is a ritual. I’m not sure I’m allowed to tell you everything but what I can say is that it involves having more dirty dinner plates on your desk than clean ones in the cabinet and at least 2 months worth of garbage bags moating your front door.
I’ve been told something about Touch Grass as well…this is dark stuff…very dark…it involves some alchemical potion made of bed sweat and dust bunnies. And it only works if your thighs are sore from inactivity, apparently that is the signal telling you that you’re ready. Your left thigh will twitch in morse code. But you didn’t hear that from me.
