That one on eBay is about the only one I have seen ungraded. Most people either keep it sealed or grade it for an easy 10. I’d hop on this one.
Yes, I saw that one. I’m not sure it’s a fair price–hence, I’d argue, why it’s been sitting at it for two months now–and hope to find one for a bit less.

I’d say it’s pretty fair considering what the sealed cases go for which is about $400 nowadays. Very few of these cards sell individually. They either come with the whole case or with the other card. Finding a single ungraded is a tall task, I wish you the best of luck.

Tbh i’d just buy the case if i were you.
Heck i would’ve probably bought one if import taxes weren’t gonna rip me a new one.
Replace the foam and custom cut it to shape and boom the sickest PSA card case is yours 
But yeah i get it you just want the one card.

Edit- 2 posts between mine- I would say get the case as well if that is what you really wanted.
That price is competitive. If your not jumping on that what you are looking for is a steal.
Even here in Japan they rarely come up for sale. Plus that is the better looking card in the set. When it was first announced barely anyone talked about the Team Rocket card.
Last copy I saw in Akihabara last month was 17,000 plus tax (8%). Pretty much same as the eBay price. First one I have seen in many months.
Search Yahoo auctions, you will see 1 copy sold since late April of this year and as a set. I am searching from Japan so don’t see all listings on eBay, but I see 1 listing and 0 sold, so that would be for the last 3 months.
Just saying, these are going to stay a lot scarcer than the production numbers. People bought them to keep or to flip. The flippers are selling the cases not the individual cards. The people buying are keeping them.
When that one eventually sells the next one will probably be higher. Probably better to suck it up and pay now as the odds are better the next ones will be higher priced than lower priced. Good chance you could pay an extra $20 for every $10 you are trying to save. Plus this one looks well centered and is still sealed.

Speaking of eBucks, did you not get the 8% promo they just sent? I got that and earned like $6 in eBucks on a $80 burning shadows box. I also used a $5 coupon so I essentially got the box for $68 tracked to my door 
I never, ever get any promo’s like that and I have been using ebay for 8 years. lol
