Not sure if it was meant to be or not, but I have in my hand multiple Raichu RC9/RC32 from the generations radiant collection that are non holo. No holo or shiny effect of any kind. Why isn’t it shiny/holo/reverse holo/radiant? All the ones from legendary treasures were. What makes this a radiant collection card?
I have others too such as a shroomish I just found. Was this an “error” or accident by TPCi? Will this be resolved, or is it just what it is? I don’t know why they would have the radiant collection numbering when they don’t have the same effect like all the ones did in BW: legendary treasures radiant collection.
I think they are just like that. The symbols on the left make them unique
If someone finds a non holo radiant connection pikachu somehow please hit me up as I’d be super interested.

I guess. Not really “radiant” IMO but that must be the case.
The Common Radiant Collection cards found in Generations are ALL Non-Foil. The Uncommon are Foil.
