These three are loosely related, all illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if these very specifically call back to some specific Batman comic book artwork.
The corner of the building that Marowak and Absol stand atop is the same whereas the buildings in the skyline of Noivern and Absol are very similar (the ones in Marowak’s illustration are a bit more modern / different)
Edit: replaced scan of Dark Marowak from Art of Pokemon with a high res non-holo scan from eBay.

So these 2 fellas are being released in new Megaevo blisters, cosmos holo English cards so definitely gona grab em, sadly I already bought the japanese version few weeks ago
