Tyrantrum can flush Aurorus and Bastiodon down the toilet together and jump in after. Axing Carracosta before any of these would be immoral.
Sorry, I’ll hereby give back my ‘Most Helpful Member’ 10th anniversary E4 award back in order to become immoral for the day. 
Apart from three out of four of the abominations that are already gone, all of the remaining fossil Pokémon are pretty solid, though. But I’m voting Carracosta first, since it’s just a blue humanoid turtle.
