ebay is good. With experience you can immediately tell the fake PSA slabs and fake cards. Also with experience you can tell trends with an account that will cause problems, such as low feedback and suddenly selling high ends cards with different photo backgrounds for all.
I suggest starting small, like sub $100 to gain some experience. Also suggest using a vault in the USA to find better deals.
