In my mind there is an aquapolis with lugia jumping from the sea, thats the best art
also wailmer is there too (unreleased at the time but still chillin)

It isn’t only in your mind my friend, the Wind From The Sea (e3) pack I posted earlier is literally an Aquapolis pack with Lugia jumping out of the water.

Not surprised to see Japanese E-series in multiple posts, they really went all out with those.

The early Japanese packs can’t be beat. I always liked these two later pack arts as well. Got them as gifts ten years ago and held onto them ever since.

I think a lot of Japanese pack arts are so much better than most of the English ones. I love Absol and Mew and they happen to appear together on pack arts of two different Japanese sets (Lost Link & Mirage Forest). There are also a few others that I love below.
