Seems we have two versions of the Devolution Spray from Evolutions. A yellow bottle version and a green bottle version.
Both are equally common. It’s probably 50/50. Not sure if it’s an ink error or a graphic design change. Just thought I would share. You gotta have both to have a true master set 
Haha, I have noticed this too, but my percentages are much different. I only found the yellow bottle in the earliest booster box that I purchased. In the following boosters I haven’t seen the yellow(er) bottle at all.
It seemed like the coloration of the Evolutions set wasn’t very consistent - my guess is this wasn’t a design change, and the whole set was just printed in a couple different shades. Devolution Spray is definitely the most obvious but I noticed it pretty prominently on psychic-type cards as well. Some are the usual warmer shade of purple, others are noticeably colder/bluer looking.
It wouldn’t be a true Base Set reprint without randomly tweaking the ink color once in a while.
