An old rule of thumb for PSA graded cards was a PSA 9 was worth 2X to 3X an ungraded card and a PSA 10 was worth 2X to 3X the PSA 9. Of course that’s a very rough guidline but based on that and scarcity, I’d say the PSA 10 GB Mewtwo is worth somewhere around $175 to $200 and the PSA 10 GB Lugia is worth $125 to $150.
