After all the rest of the Pokémon-EX Box promos (Garchomp, Charizard, and Krookodile) were not glossy, my Gallade-EX is glossy. I find this suspect. I’m wondering if sometime during the manufacturing, they switch from Glossy/Non Glossy, so I was hoping anyone who has the English promo could say if theirs is glossy, or if it is just regular. Thanks!
I know he likes English cards 
Asked a friend that opened several for resale. He didn’t understand what I was trying to say about glossy specifically, but he did say that they all had the same texture/sheen to them. The way he described a sheen gave me a strong impression that his cards were glossy.
They would have all been from a single distributor, so it doesn’t rule out print run variation. But it does give some extra weight to the idea that there are at least a substantial number of glossy ones.
