At this point and with the horrible drop rates for SARs, a god pack seems like a more possible way to get the Eeveelutions …

The guy on what not pulled his first sar eevee on stream 500 packs in then the next at like 1k and something then no more in the 5 hour stream

The God packs are the saving grace for the SAR Eevees. Master balls might be a problem, hopefully not
