# empty booster boxes

does anyone have a rough idea of what empty booster boxes go for. i keep hearing $10 and $20 thrown around and if that is the case i genuinely believe they will start creeping up in value a fair bit. they look cool in people collection and their displays.

$10 to 20 sounds like a fair price for an older (WOTC) booster box. Maybe like $7-10 for EX series, and I think new ones are pretty much worthless.

Excluding the earliest ones which fetch a few bucks out of novelty, they are completely worthless. Especially moving into the newer boxes which look terrible after they are empty anyway. In the end, it is a wrapper. There are limits to how much people would, and should, pay for a wrapper.

Gym heroes 1st ed  
Gym Challenge 1st ed  
Base set 2  
Skyridge  
Team rocket 1st ed  
Fossil 1st ed

pitty probably couldn’t get much for them.

1st Ed base boxes, considering condition, may go from torn 30.00 to 150 for a ‘full wrap’
