Unless it’s to finish off your unlimited collection, I would just hold off and wait to buy a 1st edition PSA 9. They have been regularly selling between $40-60. Few more bucks for a first edition isn’t bad 
(Also the availability of the 1st edition is much higher than the unlim so you might have trouble spotting one for the price you want it for, even if it’s a reasonable offer)
yeah it’s to finish off my unlimited set, I see the 1st ed. 9s selling for around $50 pretty consistently.

“Pretty consistently” is a strong term when the last 9 sold a month ago before the recent market spike.
Not to mention there isn’t a single copy on eBay, with the exception of mine 
unlimited or 1st edition.

I guess but there has to be sale data to confirm that. Just because other cards have doubled or more, doesn’t mean there isn’t someone who will sell me this card at marginally more than the previous highest sale.
