Hard to show in pictures - this promo recently had a reprint and it’s on a different pattern holo sheet. Original has large circles, reprint has smaller dots and some diamonds/rectangles mixed in.

I saw the other thread but how were you ultimately able to figure this out? Just try to look closely at listing images?
I ran an eBay search, sorted by newly listed, and the 1st listing had the new holo pattern.
I’d say keep doing that every day or 2 and see what shows up.

Would this be one? I’m having a hard time seeing much difference in photos. I’d like one so what specifically should I look for? any reoccurring specific part of the holofoil that you’ve noticed?

That looks like the “new” one to me. Look for not so many large circles like the original. Lots of extra small dots, and some small diamonds. The picture you shared should be good to go

This one is a slab on a bid, I’m gonna wait on it trying to find a cheaper copy lol. Gonna look out for small dots. But if anyone wants that specific one, psa on eBay.

From what I’ve seen this version is what is known as the “Pixel Cosmos” pattern (specifically on bulbapedia), which is differentiated from the earlier “Smooth Cosmos” pattern with pokier, more jagged circles, for lack of a better word, compared to smooth circles, which you can see in the picture. Really the only examples I can think of for having to worry about one card having both foil prints are the 151 energies, and the Strong Bonds walgreens tins, which printed pixel cosmos Gardevoir and Blissey when they were reprinted in 2023, as opposed to the 2019 smooth cosmos versions
Edit: is anyone aware of any other SV promo reprints with different holo patterns? This is the first I’ve seen of this

I agree with @eeveeteam this looks like the new one. Looking at mine by comparison (definitely the old one) the sheer volume of sparkles is larger and there are a lot more “non circles”

5 months ago I completed Eeveelutions in English and Japanese, except for the expensive Japanese promos.
That same day I started Eevee in all languages. I averaged almost 100 cards per month. It’s been a fun ride so far. Here is the update:

A great start is getting the first release of each language. Then you have 1 of every language and can decide how to go from there. I know you have quite a few covered already

I think I have 1 of every language at this point. It’s more of my collection goal was initially all English Umbreons, then all English/Japanese Umbreons. Then all Eeveelutions in English. And here I am now, picking up random languages when it just pops up while I’m searching for something else. Need to stop expanding and finish a goal first.
