We can figure out how the set’s index and rarity format works now that the full set had been revealed: Index format: [CBBw C] xx yy/zz w is the set volume number. Since this is the first CBB set, all cards we know so far are from Volume 1 so w is always 1. x can be considered as “mini set number within the set” - in the first set, each Pokémon species has its own “mini set” and thus is assigned to a different x number.
