Thanks to @Gymleader_nikkie for pointing this out to me. Is anyone aware or able to confirm that the cosmos Eevee that came in the Espeon GX and Umbreon GX boxes have unique holo patterns for each box?
This website Pokellector says so. Here are my 2 copies of the card, and the website photos. One has small circles and the other has larger circles. Maybe if people can upload their copy(s) then we can see if there is a consistent difference.

So this is why I used to have separate Eevee entries on my list for these. Can’t believe I forgot. I feel like I remember reading somewhere on this forum some years back that this was confirmed.

Ah I should probably search for it a little more then.
I only ever had this down as one, as in my head, the different holo patterns are pixel and smooth, of which, they both seem to be the same style.

To close the loop on this, I scoured every eBay listing and also ordered a bunch off of TCGPlayer. Every copy has atleast one large circle, just need to tilt the card at an angle sometimes to see it, won’t show up in some scans.
Summary: Only one variant, not one for each specific box.
