This is surely a scam right? Topstox-official just sold this card a week ago and is now listing the same card with the same PSA serial number on eBay. Also it is being shipped from China.
Maybe, or maybe the winner didn’t pay.

It could be a number of things. Shill bidding or non paying buyer seems more likely to me as this appears to be a consignment reseller(I’m to lazy to find this auction to check the bidding history). About 1% of their feedback is neutral or negative and generally is about poor shipping practices.

I wouldn’t be too concerned, they are one of chinas biggest sellers on eBay. Likely a shill bid with non payment as noted above.
It says there were 9 bids. Does a shill bid mean that they bid the price up themselves to try to get more interest/money?

I found two more listings this week which are exactly the same card as last week. Seems unlikely that 3 separate buyers refused to pay. I guess it’s possible that they are just bidding up their own cards to higher prices
Since they take consignments…it could mean the consignor has attempted to bid it up to get to a price they are happier with but no one else agreed lol. From the two you sent, it was the same person who won both so it’s likely they just didn’t pay
Ahh I see that makes sense. How can you see who won the auction? I don’t see that info anywhere

Click on the bids under the price and you can at least see the total number of feedback of the buyer and randomized name
Without digging into the bid history at all, I agree with what others said. It looks like a shill bidder bid on multiple no rarity cards and didnt pay.
