Hi all,
I have just checked the tracking for a purchase I made on ebay a few weeks ago. It was shipped from the USA to myself in the UK.
The latest tracking states that it is woth myhermes (a uk delivery service) and that the parcel is damaged. I have not received anything through my door to suggest I am to do anything.
I messaged the seller on ebay and told them the situation. Long story short, they said that I would have to contact global shipping programme myself.
Is it me or is that completely wrong, and that the seller (the customer of GSP) should be notifying them and asking for a refund for us both?
I wanted to check in here before responding to the seller and making a fool of myself.
Any advice will be appreciated.
