This may be a silly question, but I can’t seem to find an answer anywhere.
I have over 400 feedback ratings on eBay, but next to my name, it only says 117. Is there a reason it doesn’t show all the ratings on my score?

I’m not sure if this is your specific situation but I do know that for example, let’s say someone buys 5 items at the same time, you’ll see the feedback (comments and stuff) but it will only count as 1 for the number. The same way if you buy mutilple items from someone else.
Hope this helps
Thanks. I’m sure this is part of it, but it still seems off somewhat.
Yeah, biggest part of it is the repeat buyers/ sellers only count for 1 for all transactions you have with them. Otherwise if you have a very old ebay account as old accounts get deactivated/ retired/ closed those feedback no longer count on your total. I’m not sure if there is a time they expire but that’s also a possibility.
Quite a few years ago they didn’t count feedback from the same ebayer twice. Then they changed the rules and added all old multiple deals onto your feedback. I think it increased mine 300 overnight.
Maybe it depended on your country.
