eBay Bid Mistake

Hey all,

So, today I was late-night bidding on an inexpensive item I had been watching for almost a week. I meant to bid a mere $18 but ended up bidding $188 instead. As a buyer, do I have protection if the bidding goes far beyond my intended max bid?
