It’s a gen 9 Pokémon (#987).
Never been a big fan of any of those gen 9 Paradox Pokémon names, ngl.. Flutter Mane, Great Tusk, Iron Hands, etc.. They’ve really ran out of creativity when naming those. 
And amazing artworks as always @cyberurchin!

EDIT: Works better in German: “Xatu, Zeraora, Noctuh!” Two of my Noctowl in Pokemon Go are named Klatu and Verata.

It was supposed to be a crystal Onix, but looks more like a regular one instead. A different shade of blue might have been better.
