Where do you/we draw the line? I would consider this an original. It is so far away from the card, only the positioning of the Porygon is taken from there. (I am not critizising you. I am only confused.)
This is a pretty textbook recreation. The porygon is a faithful redraw of the exact same Imakuni porygon referenced, with a background and accent (the rainbows) change.
I completely agree with it being recreation.
Recreation doesn’t have to be a complete reenvisioning and remake of the original, it can have elements that are the same but redrawn, like the subject or background etc.
We draw the line at if the porygon was not copied down to the pose and shading.
