Does this still warrant a PSA 10 grade?

Hi all, just purchased this PSA 10 and was wondering if this ‘lift’ in the card makes it a misgrade potentially? Does anyone have insights into what these kinds of things do to the grade? Any suggestions? Thanks. Rest of the card looks fine as seen in the last photo.

That’s a pretty major oversight, and was probably inflicted on the card post-grading.
