Another item I have not seen until today:
Some type of six-sided dice by Nintendo.
I coincidentally shared it two weeks ago here: Grey's Flygon Line Collection & All Language Master Set Project - #53 by Quuador It’s a Tomy Dice. ![]()
I’m not sure which set your Scyther is from. ![]()
Greetz,

Oh, thank you so much! And any idea about the BW stickers?
Those I don’t know unfortunately, sorry. I collect Seviper (gen 3) myself, which is mostly Advanced Generation products, so I mostly know a lot about those (after others helped me identifying a bunch of them, I might add). There aren’t too many Black & White era non-TCG products that feature Seviper, so I barely know anything about those I’m afraid.
But I’m sure sableguy or Julius19 will have an answer for those stickers once they have some time to check again. ![]()

A listing that I had seen a while back kept bugging me, so I finally went and dug it up. @sableguy , Have you seen anything related to those Coro Coro promotional Plakoro items? From my understanding, they were distributed in the 1999/2000 year (with the release of the revamped Chara Coro version of the game). With the card, there were also crystal/transparent versions of the Chara Coro main figure dice (including Scyther). I was only able to find 2 listings (both sold) - a Scyther and a Heracross, both in their package and not clearly visible. I know you are very familiar with the Coro Coro magazine, so If you can find the exact year/month of the comics, the name of the promotion or a more specific term (in Japanese) to use for the search, that would be really helpful. Thanks!
This is the only place I have found them mentioned but the person does not know much more. What’s interesting is that there look to be multiple colors for each figure, which makes it even more insane…
Unfortunately I have not come across either of your items (and I have been quite busy - my apologies), but I will take a more in-depth look when I have time.
Oh, no worries at all! It’s not urgent or anything; just your name keeps popping up in discussions with other members regarding the most obscure identifications, and I decided it’s worth a shot. I will keep looking myself; it will eventually be found somewhere, haha
I have found a page that gives more information on the clear Plakoro dice. Looks like they were a gift you received if you buy the Plakoro Chara Coro (second version of the game) from the Coro Coro partner stores. There were 7 figures (2 variations each, as in the game), presumably in 5 different colors each.
This is strange, because there were 6 pairs of pokemon released for the regular games (12 unique pokemon), but only 7 got the special Crystal treatment. So far, I can confirm 6 of them.
Scyther
Slowking
Maril
Heracros
Bellossom
Lugia
The 7th should be one of Pikachu, Meowth, Elekid, Charmander, Psyduck and Mewtwo. (I would blindly guess Elekid, as all the others are somehow viral characters that got special treatment before and also Meowth-Elekid is the only pair with no crystal dice confirmed)
Now, regarding the colors, there are supposedly 5 of them. The 4 listed on the magazine are green (not well visible on the scan), blue, red and purple.
The thing is, I have seen 2 other colors :
This results in a total of 6 colors, instead of the mentioned 5. My only guess would be that the clear dice are actually discoloured yellow ones, but the material and paint is of a type that I can’t see discolouring that much, even after 30 years.
TLDR: Those really obscure dice were released as a gift in Dec 1999, for a total of 7 pokemon (6 confirmed) and 5 colors (6 confirmed?!).
