Did Wizards of the Coast ever release gen 3 Pokemon cards?

I’m curious as to whether or not wotc released and gen 3 pokemon cards?

but that’s media factory right? if it is media factory does that mean it was printed when wotc still had the rights to print pokemon cards?

They did not. However, the Japanese had started releasing gen 3 cards, as you say. I believe the first gen 3 pokemon card released was the promo Kecleon (Juli 2001 according to bulbapedia). bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Kecleon_(P_Promo_1)
