The pokemon center website still has 2013 plasma tins for sale for $17.99 By my math these both have around $29 in value if you break them and sell everything. Purchased one deoxys a couple months ago to confirm they have plasma packs inside. The deoxys comes with one plasma storm, one plasma freeze and two plasma blast. The other tin should have a dark explorers pack in place of the plasma storm.
