Bit late to the party but there is nothing wrong with that Arctozolt holo.
No one gives a shit about holos anymore but I’ve opened enough SWSH and have seen this holo bleed on hundreds of SWSH holos. It’s just a pity the holo pattern is terrible 
Everything else looks perfect legit and no cause for concern. Coins are also just cheaply made and plenty of product I have opened where the coin isn’t fixed (like blister packs) can come out scruffed or scratched but I just discard them 99.9% of the time.
