Corrected Evolutions Electrode in other languages

Evolutions Electrode was originally printed with the incorrect ability in English before being reprinted. The correted Electrode now allows 2 Lightning Energy to be attached to any Pokemon, where the original only allowed them to be attached to Lightning type. Here are the two cards. The easiest way to recognize the difference is that there are only two lightning symbols in the ability text of the corrected card.

Original

Corrected

In all the languages that this card was printed in, English, German, Italian, Spanish, and French received the incorrect print. English and Italian are confirmed to have gotten a corrected version, but I’m having trouble tracking down the French, German, and Spanish cards. For the three remaining languages, I’ve seen stock photos of the corrected card, but never a physical copy. On Pokemon.com, all cards are translated into these languages, regardless of whether or not they were ever printed. For example, the Plasma Electrode does not have an Italian print, but you can find Italian stock photos on the website.

I’m curious to know if this is a similar case. Perhaps the corrected Electrode never made it into print for French, German, and Spanish, but some online stores are using the corrected stock photo? It just seems strange that Italian would receive a new print of this card, but not the others. Does anyone have any knowledge of this card and if this is a common thing?

I’ve just been told that the French version does not exist!

Not that I’m aware, but you might be able to find that information on Bulbapedia.

Just confirmed the existence of a corrected German version!

Here’s a scan of the Korean one I have:

Thanks for the scan, although I should have mentioned that both the Korean and Japanese cards had the correct wording from the start and never needed a reprint.
