I know its been said above but most people who cross cards are cherry picking strong cards or misgrades (Obviously). The EXPECTED outcome is a bump up, If you are halfway decent at understanding the various companies you can get a bump 9/10 times, but the market already has this priced in so you really need 2+ point bumps to make money which is why most people dont bother on large scales
