Sorry to disappoint you, but that card is a bootleg custom, so pretty much worthless. If I search for ‘gold charizard’ on eBay or Etsy, I can find pretty similar fake golden Charizard cards for about 2-5 bucks bidding or ~10-15 bucks buyout. 
I hope you haven’t paid too much for this yourself, thinking it’s worth a lot? Since it’s not.
