Any recommendations on card stores in New York City that sell graded cards?
Staying in Manhattan but will be there for a week, willing to travel around.
I’ve only found one good card store that I liked but its in Queens. Its called gaming universe corp, they have a bunch of different high value singles, but I’m not sure if they have a lot of graded cards. They also have a lot of sealed product. Unfortunately in Manhattan there aren’t many card stores that sell grades cards, and tbh prices are better online most of the time.
On may 7th though, there is a card show going on at the New Yorker Hotel. That’s where all the graded cards are since people from out of state go there to set up and sell. I went last winter and it was great.

Yeah I haven’t been to many card shops that sell graded cards, and the ones that do pretty much always have them priced more expensively than eBay.
Card shops are more about the experience than anything else these days, in my opinion. Most of the time, you’ll find better deals (and better condition) on eBay. There are some diamonds in the rough, though, and those are always the most satisfying catches.
