Only one smal speck of whitening on the back and a faint printline in the holo
Looks like a huge print line on the holo in the 1st photo. Shot at a 10, sure but most likely a 9.

That print line is a bit too large for a 10 – it spans the entire width of the holo. Nonetheless, it’s a beautiful card and I expect that it should get a 9. But there probably is a chance at a 10, though I would be pretty surprised if it actually graded a 10.

I have a similar copy with a shorter print line and I haven’t even considered the possibility of getting a 10.
But who knows? If red dots can get a 10 (which they shouldn’t), why not a print line?

Any card can get a 10. Most cards in general and especially most cards people need to ask about shouldn’t.

Print lies hinder eye appeal. Very prominent and the holo is associated with damage. When red dot is a large part of the print run, it looks like it is purposely printed that way.
To answer OPs question. No this is Almost 100% sure to get a 9. If they overlooked print lines this substantial the pop would be much higher.

Go for a bgs 9.5 or cgc 9.5
