Can anyone identify my white cards?

Interesting! Are you able to provide an example of a PSA-graded version?

I’m sorry for the late reply! I didn’t know that this thread was still active haha. I’ve had some collectors tell me that it’s from a wallet, but I think that was debunked. If you are able to find anything about that though, please let me know!! I’ve had these cards for a few years and haven’t found any origin on them still… it’s absolutely crazy!! haha

I’m the OP, and I still haven’t got anything yet… I believe CGC has graded the bulbasaur before, but they didn’t put where it’s from on the label. I tried to ask the eBay seller where they got it from, and they had no clue. If this thread is still active, I’m hoping we’ll get an answer soon!!

Im glad the hunt for what these cards are is still happening. Just recently at y local card show the Poliwhirl and Butterfree Card popped up. Being a collector of everything Caterpie and its Evolutionary line i had to snag the Butterfree. Paid $10 for it becuase even the seller didn know what it was worth or where it came from. Now after all these posts, and them being lost to history it seems, I shouldve snagged the Poliwhirl too. Ill be doing further research myself on this and if I do find something that could crack the mystery Ill be sure to post again here.

Thanks so much for your input!! I just made a new thread with an Eevee card I got, hoping to find some updated input. Please keep me posted!!

There are also some of these on eBay currently! I’ve asked every seller where they got them from, and they didn’t know haha. I had to upload my cards onto the eBay search bar since they don’t have a name. That’s the only way I’m able to find available listings lol

Hi I have ,4 of these cards also a Poliwhirl,Eevee, Gengar and Psyduck.

Do you have any info yourself of where they came from? I dont believe there has been any developments on the source of this style.

There is one up on eBay. I still can’t tell what they are. The Nintendo magazine is the closest match but no sign they ever included cards. The fonts are different but layout is basically the same.

I have seen these cards listed with a particular wallet multiple times, so they could possibly come in the wallet pockets.

I have a pic of one of these old listings somewhere in my mess of a desktop and will post it when i find it or another example. Did a quick search on ebay and ebay sold listing with no luck

I had seen similar, one paired as a filler insert with a vinyl pokemon themed wallet but the listings had no way to compare with any of these and there still wasnt much info other than they were with officially licensed products.

It’s an official pokemon snap (n64) wallet if that helps anyone find it. There’s a camera on the front. Definitely the exact same cards as these

Interesting. What I had seen was a simple vinyl graphic wallet that had a selection of different pokemon you could choose. Like blastoise or charmeleon on it. I believe they would have 1 of these white cards either in the license window or in the removable vinyl picture holder insert that came with wallets at the time, buts its been several years since i tried finding them so the details are a little fuzzy.

This? Found a sealed one

Thats a really cool piece of merch!

Yeah that’s it. I think the last listing i saw of the wallet + pictures was on mercari. All I can find there now are 3 of the cards (listed very cheap btw, but the seller seems inactive)
