With short crimp, its impossible to know from just looking at the pack. Need to see if other packs from the same booster box or blister case were opened and were shadowless.

Doubtful, but maybe they witnessed it coming from a known shadowless box?
No way to know other than doing the professional scanning service. I ripped one from a blister and it was unlimited.
It’s a 7 numbered cert and at that time most were weighing packs before grading.
I would probably just keep it as is or sell and try to get a long crimp version which almost always contain shadowless.
