Yes that’s correct. I’m not interested in (at this time) raw bulk, or other grading companies.
Why is Raticate only 200?
Because he’s listed for 500 right now on Ebay, and that guy absolutely will not come down. And that card is in fact common enough both raw and graded that I can find it for 200 (still over market mind you).

I’m danger close to a completed English Evolutions master set. It’s worth it to me (and i realize, nobody else). Looking to complete my “poor mans base set” is a goal I really want to complete. Additionally, I’m just kind of dumb and have money so I figure SOMEONE would want to take advantage of me.

Not a question, but a fair comment. I’m not a fan of AI either, however I was not willing to pay someone to create a “wanted” poster or willing to make it myself. I wanted something to print out and hand to vendors at my local card show, about two mins before I walked out the door. So here we are.
