Also I want to add some things, for the Bulbasaur Promo from 151 Poster Collection. The initial waves in September 2023 comes with Smooth Cosmos Holofoil. While the reprints in the early 2024 comes with Pixel Cosmos Holofoil. I have both version of the English. I don’t know about other languages, do they also comes with 2 different Cosmos Holofoil too or not. I think the 2 types of Cosmos Holofoil should be updated to the database.

I was aware of this difference while filling in the database (Scarlet & Violet Cosmos Holofoil Variation), but I decided not to include it as a separate entry because it is more of a manufacturing difference rather than a completely different card. The same applies to the thick and thin versions of the 1st edition stamp in the Base Set (1st edition stamp variations - 'Let's Iron It Out!').
That said, I can add this information to the ‘Notes’ column. I hadn’t thought of that before, thanks!
Regarding other languages, I did a quick check on eBay of around 25 listings in German and Italian (easier to search for Bulbizarre and Bisasam listings) and couldn’t find a single Pixel Cosmos Holofoil. Also, both the Spanish and Italian versions that I have have the Smooth Cosmos Holofoil. I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of there being a pixel cosmos holofoil in a language other than English, but it seems unlikely.
As @Quuador said regarding the Dutch Jumbo, it was probably listed in the wrong language by the vendor. I couldn’t find anything on eBay listings or the Pokémon press site to prove that this isn’t the case.

Could you show the difference between Smooth Cosmos Holofoil and Pixel Cosmos Holofoil, please?
I can show the differences for the english versions. The only difference between both cards is the holofoil pattern, everything else is the same:
“Smooth” (also know as “HD” or “Neo-cosmos”):

It looks like a smooth cosmos to me, especially because of the large soft circle on the top edge.

It looks like the pixel cosmos variant to me. There is a higher density of smaller dots, pixelated spheres, as well as star-like shapes which are not present on the smooth version like this one:
